A Bear Lake Valley contractor

Bear Lake Construction started the way most valley businesses do: by doing the work people here needed, and doing it well enough that they called back. More than 25 years later, that work covers new homes and cabins, remodels and additions, foundations and excavation, roads and utility lines, and tile and flooring.

Doing the ground work and the building ourselves isn’t a sales line; it’s how projects actually go in this valley. A house on a hillside above the lake needs the lot cleared, a road built, lines run and a foundation dug below the frost before anyone frames a wall. When one company does all of it, nothing waits on someone else’s schedule.

We’re based in Bloomington, on Highway 89, and most of our work is here in the valley, for people we’ll see at the store afterward. That keeps a contractor honest.
